The theme for this year's festivities was "Cook-Off Showdown and Culinary Institute Olympics," and the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) proudly sent forth a brigade of six talented Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management (BS HRIM) students to represent the university in this culinary extravaganza.
The UIC BS HRIM students embarked on a culinary journey that unfolded as an exhilarating culinary showdown. Their mission: to craft mouthwatering masterpieces using durian as the star ingredient.
